周东生，男中音歌唱家，中国传统文化促进会青年歌唱家学术委员会会员、中国音乐文学学会会员、中国声乐学会会员、中国文化艺术人才库一级音乐评审、中国青少年音乐舞蹈协会理事、安徽省音乐家协会声乐专业委员会理事、安徽省礼仪文化协会副秘书长。

Zhou Dongsheng is a baritone singer, a member of the academic committee of young singers of the Association for the promotion of traditional Chinese culture, a member of the Chinese music and literature society, a member of the Chinese Vocal Music Association, a first-class music evaluation of the Chinese cultural and artistic talent pool, a director of the China Youth Music and Dance Association, a director of the vocal music professional committee of the Anhui Musicians Association, and Deputy Secretary General of the Anhui etiquette and Culture Association.

1958年是一个充满戏剧性的年代，出生于11月23日的周东生很好地让自己的作品融入那个年代的印记，其中一个特点是具有巧妙的幽默感，乐曲中充满了愉快而别致的情趣。对动荡时期所遭遇的许多艰难苦恨，在抑扬顿挫的旋律中一笑而过。

周东生在部队时是独唱演员，是歌唱家、国内各大赛事专家评委，作品涉及的范围也十分广泛，这些作品都与安徽合肥民间音乐保持着紧密的联系。合肥，简称“庐”或“合”，古称庐州、庐阳、合淝，是一座具有2000多年历史的古城  ，因东淝河与南淝河均发源于该地而得名，素有“三国故地，包拯家乡”之称，境内名胜古迹众多，如逍遥津、包公祠、李鸿章故居、吴王遗踪等，还诞生了周瑜、包拯、李鸿章等一批历史名人。
