黄日华，中国香港男演员，毕业于无线电视第九期艺员训练班。

1961年9月4日出生于广东省惠州市博罗县，1979年，黄日华考入香港无线电视第九期艺员训练班。

1980年与无线电视台签约，在民国剧《上海滩》、爱情剧《京华春梦》中跑龙套从而正式出道。
