夏硕，号子然，一九六三年生于南京。自幼喜爱书法与绘画，二十世纪九十年代开始中国画和书法创作。作品多次入选全国书画展览并获奖，艺术典籍入编多部画集和图书。国家高级美术指导师，江苏省徐悲鸿研究会会员，大风堂中国画学研究会会员，南京市美术家协会会员。
Xia Shuo, Hao Ziran, was born in Nanjing in 1963. One of the 20 families in xinjinling. He loved calligraphy and painting since childhood. He began to create Chinese painting and calligraphy in the 1990s. His works have been selected into national calligraphy and painting exhibitions and won awards for many times, and art classics have been compiled into many painting collections and books. Xia Shuo is now Secretary General of Chinese artists database, national senior art instructor, member of Jiangsu Xu Beihong Research Association, member of dafengtang Chinese Painting Research Association and member of Nanjing Artists Association.
夏硕是一位充满才情的山水画家，他画笔下的山山水水云雾缭绕，仙气勃发，如诗如画。他用纯净的内心构画出一幅幅江南式的山水田园，名山大川，江河湖海，既有古人文人儒家思想，又有现代文人的奔放豪迈，水墨与色彩的灵巧设色，波澜壮阔，精心刻画出祖国的多娇山姿。
