亚洲民族文化协会成立于1994年5月，是由中华人民共和国文化部主管并批准成立，经中华人民共和国民政部注册登记的全国性社会组织。
China World National Culture Promotion Society (CWNC) is a nationwide social organization established in May 1994 with approval from the ministry of culture of the People's Republic of China and registered to the ministry of civil affairs of the People's Republic of China.

2013年度，根据《社会组织评估管理办法》和民政部《关于开展2013年度社会组织评估工作的通知》要求，“亚洲民族文化交流促进会”被评为4A级全国性联合类社团，并已在中国社会组织网站上进行了公示。
According to the “Administrative Measures for the Assessment of Social Organizations” and the requirements of the “2013 social organizations assessment notice” issued by the ministry of civil affairs ,our society was rated grade “4A”in 2013 and the assessment result was published on website of Chinese Social Organization.
本会自成立以来，积极开展了大量的对外文化交流工作和丰富的文化艺术活动，与国内、外文化团体和各界人士建立了广泛联系，并共同合作举办了国际性的演出、展览、考察、研讨会、联谊会等文化交流活动数十起，在国内举办的大型文化艺术活动数十项。
Since establishment, our society has actively carried out a large number of foreign culture exchanges and abundant cultural and artistic activities. We also have set up extensive contact with cultural groups and people from all walks of life at home and abroad, and we have worked together to hold dozens of international culture exchange activities, such as performances, exhibitions, investigation, seminars, fraternity and so on and dozens of domestic large arts and cultural activities.
本会愿同世界各国人民开展形式多样，内容丰富的文化交流活动，为增进各国人民友谊和促进世界和平、合作、发展，做出积极贡献。
We would like to work with people all over the world to carry out cultural exchange activities having various forms and rich content, to make positive contributions to promote friendship between people from different countries and promote world peace, cooperation and development.
