入会须知
Membership Notice
根据亚洲书画家协会第一次代表大会通过的《亚洲书画家协会章程》的有关条款，并参照世界各国书画协会发展会员的相关细则，现制定以下标准，供申请新会员时作参照。
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the articles of association of Asian calligraphers and painters adopted by the first Congress of the Asian calligraphers and Painters Association and with reference to the relevant rules for the development of members of calligraphers and painters associations all over the world, the following standards are hereby formulated for reference when applying for new members.
总 则
General provisions
凡申请加入亚洲书画家协会的人员，须具有世界各国公民合法身份，赞成本会章程，具有较高的文化素养，在世界各地工作和生活的，对本地区书画家建设能够发挥一定作用的书画家、书画家工作者及相关人员。
Those who apply to join the Asian calligraphers and Painters Association must have the legal status of citizens all over the world, agree with the constitution of the association, have high cultural literacy, work and live all over the world, and be able to play a certain role in the construction of calligraphers and painters in the region.
会员标准细则
Membership standard rules
符合下列条件之一者，可申请入会
Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for membership
一、书画家创作、理论和表演领域
1、 Calligraphers and painters in the fields of creation, theory and performance
1、在各国省市级以上举办的重大专业性比赛前三名获得者（包括国际专业比赛获奖者、国家级专业比赛三等奖以上获得者）。
1. The top three winners of major professional competitions held at or above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries (including winners of international professional competitions and winners of more than the third prize of national professional competitions).
2、词、曲创作具有一定水准，在各国省市级以上的专业刊物上发表过多首作品，并有一定的影响者。
2. The creation of Ci and Qu has a certain level. Many works have been published in professional journals above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries and have a certain influence.
3、在各国省市级以上的专业出版社出版过理论专著，多次在各国省市级报刊、杂志发表过有价值、有影响的学术论文、评论文章，并有一定影响者。

He has published theoretical monographs in professional publishing houses above the provincial and municipal levels in various countries, and has published valuable and influential academic papers and review articles in provincial and municipal newspapers and magazines in various countries for many times.
4、在各国专业文艺团体中担任主要业务骨干者；或由各国省市级以上单位主办的个人作品书画家会并得到好评者（附评论）。
4. Serving as the main business backbone of professional literary and artistic groups in various countries; Or the individual works calligraphers and painters' meeting hosted by units at or above the provincial and municipal level in various countries and received high praise (with comments).
5、具有较高艺术水平和修养，得到社会承认并有代表性的业余书画家工作者和民间艺人（包括书画家类非物质文化遗产传承人）。
5. Amateur calligraphers and painters and folk artists (including inheritors of intangible cultural heritage such as calligraphers and painters) with high artistic level and cultivation, recognized by the society and representative.
6、有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，并在各国相关专业领域内有一定影响力的书画家专业人员。
6. Calligraphers and painters who have graduated from relevant majors for more than five years or intermediate titles and have certain influence in relevant professional fields in various countries.
二、书画家教育与群众书画家工作和编辑出版领域
2、 Calligrapher and painter education and mass calligrapher and painter work and the field of editing and publishing
1、在专业艺术院校、相关教育机构从事书画家教育工作，具有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，且在教学上有显著贡献，具有代表性的书画家教师。
1. He is a representative calligrapher and painter teacher who has been engaged in the education of calligraphers and painters in professional art colleges and relevant educational institutions, has graduated from relevant majors for more than five years or intermediate titles, and has made significant contributions to teaching.
2、从事群众书画家工作，具有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，且成绩显著的群众书画家活动组织者。
2. Engaged in mass calligraphers and painters, with bachelor degree in related majors for more than five years or intermediate title or above, and achieved remarkable results.
3、在广播、电视、报刊和出版等单位担任编辑、记者，具有中级以上职称并对书画家评论、书画家活动报导、书画家书刊出版等工作有较大贡献和一定影响者。

An editor or journalist in radio, television, newspapers, periodicals, publishing and other units, with an intermediate professional title or above, and has made great contributions and certain influence on the comments of calligraphers and painters, the report of calligraphers and painters' activities, and the publication of calligraphers and painters' books and periodicals.
三、其他
3、 Other
1、在各国文化系统中担任部门以上领导且对书画家工作有显着贡献者。
1. He has served as a leader above the department level in the cultural systems of various countries and has made significant contributions to the work of calligraphers and painters.
2、在各国从事书画家资料、书画家科研、音响、乐器制造等方面工作，具有中级以上职称，有一定贡献并为专业界承认的专业工作者。
2. He is a professional worker who is engaged in the materials of calligraphers and painters, scientific research of calligraphers and painters, sound and musical instrument manufacturing in various countries, has an intermediate title or above, has certain contributions and is recognized by the professional community.
3、从事书画家演出工作，在书画家组织工作方面有杰出成绩和社会影响者，对推动书画家演出和繁荣书画家文化市场做出显著贡献者。

Those who are engaged in the performance of calligraphers and painters, have outstanding achievements and social influence in the organization of calligraphers and painters, and make significant contributions to promoting the performance of calligraphers and painters and prospering the cultural market of calligraphers and painters.
四、转会
4、 Transfer
1、如工作调动等原因欲把会籍转入上海者，原则上应仍在书画家工作岗位上并有完备的转会手续（原地书画协会的转会证明及有关材料）。
1. If you want to transfer your membership to Shanghai for reasons such as job transfer, in principle, you should still work as a calligrapher and painter and have complete transfer procedures (transfer certificate and relevant materials of in-situ calligraphy and Painting Association).
2、具备的条件应与本会的要求基本相符，如差距大者不予转会。
2. The conditions should be basically consistent with the requirements of the club. If there is a big gap, no transfer will be made.
