3月23日，教育部党组成员、副部长朱之文在中国传媒大学宣布了教育部党组的任命决定，廖祥忠任中国传媒大学校长、党委副书记。教育部人事司、北京市委有关部门负责同志出席会议。

廖祥忠，男，1968年12月生，1988年10月入党，1990年7月参加工作，中国传媒大学广播电视艺术学专业博士研究生毕业，教授。2010年11月任中国传媒大学副校长。

On March 23, zhu zhiwen, a member of the education group and vice-minister of the ministry of communication, announced the appointment of the party group of education in the communication university of China. Liao xiangzhong was the vice-secretary of the party committee of the communication university of China. The department of personnel of the ministry of education and the relevant department of Beijing municipal party committee are responsible for the meeting.

Liao xiangzhong, male, born in December 1968, joined the party in October 1988, participated in the work in July 1990, and graduated as a doctoral candidate in radio and television art of communication university of China, professor. In November 2010, he was vice President of communication university of China.
