　　香港中评社18日发表快评文章指出，台湾地区大学学测发榜，台湾桃园市第一志愿武陵高中有9人满级分，70级分以上高达166人，有498人超过顶标63级分，校长林清波日前接受访问时说，找校长写推荐函申请大陆知名高校的学生，去年只有个位数，今年超过40人。林清波认为，赴陆求学人数“爆量”增长，除了考虑国际化与未来发展性之外，台湾教育氛围也是因素，特别是台大校长迄今还无法上任，恐怕信心崩盘。

　　评论指出，林清波说，询问学生为何申请大陆高校，理由多半是“多了选择”。这些申请大陆名校的学生，还要跟大陆各地的精英拼高下，未必都能如愿考上北大或清华等名校，但是会有催化效果，一年接着一年，会有群聚效应，人数愈来愈多。

　　林清波说，现在家长更聪明，知道下一代就业市场在大陆，考虑学术研究衔接，干脆让小孩到大陆读书，大学四年，生活学习在一起，就是一辈子朋友，都是人脉，未来事业的伙伴，这才是人生最大投资。

　　评论认为，林清波校长所说的道理非常浅显，但点出了两岸关系发展中的一个重要趋势和亮点：随着大陆崛起后发展机会的增加，以及大陆惠台措施的不断推出，有意或愿意赴大陆学习、就业、创业、生活的台湾同胞越来越多，并且已成为不可阻挡的趋势。前面所说申请赴大陆求学的学生爆量增加，就是这个趋势的具体反映。而主要的原因，正如一些家长所说：下一代的就业市场在大陆；让小孩到大陆读书，大学四年，(与大陆同学)生活学习在一起，就是一辈子朋友，都是人脉，未来事业的伙伴，这才是人生最大投资！
