“亳州谯城之歌”征集公告

为进一步塑造亳州谯城新形象，展现历史文化名城的独特魅力，增强对外知名度和美誉度，激发广大市民热爱家乡建设、增强使命感和自豪感。由亳州市谯城区区委、区政府批准，亳州市谯城区文联主办，亳州市谯城区音乐舞蹈家协会承办，从即日起组织开展“亳州谯城之歌”征集活动。

一、征集范围及内容

面向全国范围开展征集，内容包括歌词和作曲。

二、征集要求

1、作品自行命题，副标题为“亳州谯城之歌”。

 2、词作要求：紧扣主题，立意深刻，彰显本土元素，融合谯城的历史和人文特色；积极向上，健康鲜活，优美上口，表现谯城发展成就，展示谯城人民的精神面貌；词句生动，短小精悍，合辙押韵，易懂易记，符合大众的审美情趣。（歌词内容只体现亳州市谯城区的历史、人文等元素，不含三县）

3、曲作要求：主题突出，风格鲜明，旋律流畅、朗朗上口，便于传唱，具有较强的艺术表现力和感染力。歌曲长度不超过5分钟。歌曲形式可以是独唱、重唱、合唱等形式呈现。

4、词曲创作必须是原创，因抄袭产生的后果由应征者自负。

三、征集时间

自即日起至2016年6月15日截止。

四、征集方式

1、歌曲作品可以以信函、邮件等方式，投递至相关信箱、邮箱，也可直接投稿。应征者应注明姓名、联系电话、联系地址、邮编、身份证号码等详细信息。

2、歌曲作品可以用A4纸打印，有条件者可录制小样，每位作者限报2个以下作品。

3、应征作品须附创意说明，简述作品构思。

五、奖励办法

本次“亳州谯城之歌”征集结束，由亳州市谯城区区委宣传部、亳州市谯城区文联、亳州市谯城区音乐舞蹈家协会组织专家评选，同时听取广大市民的意见，评选出入围歌词10首，每首奖励1000元；作曲创作原则上从入围歌词中选择，允许曲作者稍作调整，最后评出三等奖3首（每首词再奖1000元，曲每首3000元），二等奖2首（每首词再奖2000元，曲每首4000元），一等奖一首或两首(每首词再奖3000元，曲每首6000元)。

 六、版权

作品的著作权和署名权归属作者，使用权归属主办单位。
