新华社奥斯陆３月１６日电 由中国教育国际交流协会秘书长赵灵山率领的中国高等教育展团１２日至１６日访问挪威，出席第七届挪威国际教育大会，并与挪威教育管理机构和高等院校开展教育交流活动。

据悉，此次组派的高等教育展团由北京大学、北京航空航天大学、同济大学、西北农林科技大学等３３所知名大学的７３人组成。

挪威国际教育大会是由挪威高等教育国际交流中心负责组织的国际教育工作者年度会议。今年的会议于３月１３日至１５日在挪威北部城市博德的诺德大学举行。中国高等教育展团参加的“高等教育国际化与质量保障”、“如何提高中挪两国之间的学生流动性：对策、机遇与成功经验”和“中挪高校合作洽谈会”等专题会议成为本届大会的亮点。

中方参会大学表示，中国正在致力于开设高质量、国际化的专业和课程，不少高校的重点科研项目已达到世界先进水平，有些学校已与挪威院校合作开展了师生交流和科研合作。

访问期间，中国高等教育展团还与奥斯陆大学、奥斯陆城市大学、挪威高等教育国际交流中心等高校和机构共同就开展两国高等教育合作进行了交流与互动。

中国驻挪威大使王民在会见展团时指出，教育交流与文化、科技、体育一起构成中挪人文外交的重要内容，中国驻挪威使馆将一如既往地推动两国人文外交的发展，支持和鼓励两国开展更多的教育交流活动。
