阙延辉：1972年生于湖南安化，自幼学习书画。先后从师于莫逊人、阮国新、马顺先、方严、杨近白、陈芳桂等老师。结业于清华大学、北京大学。现为清华大学马顺先工作室助教、中国花鸟画崔子范艺术研究院执行院长、广东当代国画院执行院长、湖南省美术家协会会员。千竹书院会员、大鉴堂画会会员。自创石园斋艺术机构，影响较大。获山东省文联金推手奖、广东艺术博览会新锐策展人奖。

绘画始习石涛、黄秋园，近年取法宋元，用宋元理法创作，尤喜王蒙、黄公望笔意

认识阙延辉还是在十多年前，那时他在自创石园斋艺术机构中进行艺术交流工作，接触推介了许多当代画家，影响较大，曾获山东省文联金推手奖、广东艺术博览会新锐策展人奖。那时他的绘画创作处于含而不露的状态中。一晃，多年过去了，他转身走进了画家行列，以新的风貌现身在画坛，用深研古法、承古出新的学艺精神，展示着自己的艺术人生。

熟悉阙延辉的朋友都知道，他为人踏实老成，诚恳勤勉，忠厚仁爱，一贯崇尚的是老实学问。延辉的绘画始习于石涛、黄秋园，早在1998年于就在湖南省工艺美术职工大学（今湖南省工艺美术高职学院）举办了个人画展。近年取法宋元山水，用宋元理法创作，尤喜王蒙、黄公望山水，学以致用，创作出一系列新作。他的作品多次亮相各种画展中，从2014年，参加在深圳罗湖美术馆举办的《承古出新—清华大学中国作品展》之后，到2017年参加北京香山清琴美术馆举办的中国画作品展，业已形成“泉石之乐·阙延辉学术特色”。
