人民网东京3月9日电（吴颖）3月8日晚，中国驻日本大使馆举办“三?八”国际劳动妇女节招待会，中国驻日本大使程永华、大使夫人汪婉，日本前首相福田康夫夫人福田贵代子、日本总务大臣野田圣子等日本各界妇女代表、旅日华侨华人、中资机构妇女代表及使馆女外交官430余人出席。

汪婉参赞在致辞中对中日各界妇女代表光临使馆，欢度节日表示欢迎，同时向所有女同胞致以节日的问候和祝福。汪婉参赞介绍了近年来中国在妇女事业方面取得的新成就，并介绍中日母子健康手册的合作，希望中日双方能继续保持良好的合作关系，共同为保障妇女儿童健康做出应有的贡献。汪婉参赞指出，今年是《中日和平友好条约》缔结40周年，为了亚洲的和平、安定、繁荣、友好，妇女也要发挥“半边天”的作用，希望为促进中日关系发展、增进两国人民友谊做出积极贡献。

野田圣子在致辞中首先用中文“你好”向在场各界妇女致以节日问候。她表示去年日本女性国会议员代表团访问中国，“希望以女性之力走近外交”为中日关系的正常发展而努力。野田圣子表示，希望两国妇女能够发挥自身特点，携手推动两国友好关系迈上新的台阶，继而为建立和谐的亚洲和世界做出新的贡献。
