1、公司与国内著名编剧洪靖慧所属的上海惠人影视文化工作室签订电视剧《我娶了莎士比亚》剧本委托创作合同，该合同金额为1000万元。

2、公司与国内著名编剧洪靖慧所属的上海惠人影视文化工作室签订中篇小说《我娶了莎士比亚》的改编权许可使用合同，该合同金额为43万元。
