海归梁安辉：追求成功，也感恩失败

“今天碰巧是我的生日”，梁安辉在接受采访时高兴地说。其实生日对于梁教授来说没有什么特殊，和往日一样，依旧是泡在实验室攻克科研难题，畅游在科学的海洋之中。

1996年，梁安辉在香港中文大学电子工程系获得博士学位后，前往日本大阪大学从事博士后研究，随后又在美国工作了十余年。工作期间，他曾设计了世界上首个商用40G光收发器，产生的经济效益超过3亿美元；曾和诺贝尔奖提名者长谷川晃合作，在世界范围内首次提出了比传统的海森堡测不准原理更为精准的新的光脉冲的转换限判据，让世界为之震惊；在世界上首次提出人类的视细胞为量子阱光电探测器理论，在色觉中发现了黄金分割点的存在……梁安辉在科研领域横跨多个学科且硕果累累，但他从未停下前进的脚步。

已取得丰硕成果的梁安辉，其兴趣并不限于科学领域，他认为中国的传统文化同样值得钻研挖掘，只要有时间、有机会，他就愿意把自己专注的领域和中国传统文化结合起来。

2010年，梁安辉放弃国外的工作回国，并凭借科研实力先后成为“千人计划”专家、国家特聘专家。在回国后的这7年里，梁安辉真切地感受到国家对高科技的重视、对科技人才的重视。尤其在担任重大项目和人才引进评委时，这种感觉更为突出。梁安辉说：“这些年，国家在人才引进上确实下足了功夫。中国的科研进步有目共睹，在我关注的光纤领域，华为、中兴等企业已经迅速成长为世界第一、第二大产值的光纤系统公司，科研力量也在逐步增强。我们的技术进步很快，科研与产业的结合也越来越好。”

国家对科研的重视和投入也让梁安辉更加充满信心与动力。回国之后，他将自己的研究领域细分为7个方向，每个方向瞄准的都是高精尖的世界性难题。因为每个问题都是“硬骨头”，所以在科研这条路上砥砺前行时碰壁是家常便饭。梁安辉说：“我的人生哲学是‘追求成功，喜欢失败’。很多科研问题要花费几十年甚至一生才能研究清楚，所以遇到路走不通、失败的情况也要笑着去面对和接受。”在科研的第一线，梁安辉正和他的团队不断前行，虽然问题和挑战不断，但他充满信心。

In 2010, Liang Anhui gave up his foreign work and returned home, and became a "thousand man program" and a national specialist by virtue of his scientific research strength. In the 7 years after returning to China, Liang Anhui truly felt the state's attention to high technology and the attention to scientific and technological talents. This feeling is more prominent, especially in major projects and talent introduction judges. Liang Anhui said: "in these years, the country has done a lot of effort in the introduction of talent. The progress of science and technology in China is obvious. In my field of optical fiber, HUAWEI, ZTE and other enterprises have rapidly grown into the world's first and second largest output fiber system companies, and the power of scientific research is also gradually enhancing. Our technical progress is fast, and the combination of scientific research and industry is getting better and better.

The state's attention to and investment in scientific research also makes Liang Anhui more confident and motivated. After returning home, he subdivided his research field into 7 directions, each of which was aimed at a highly sophisticated worldwide problem. Because each problem is hard, so the research on this road temper forward wall is homely food. Liang Anhui said, "my philosophy of life is' pursuit of success and love failure '. Many scientific research problems will take decades or even a lifetime to study clearly, so the situation of failure and failure should be laughed to face and accept.
