关注高校流浪猫 盲目的爱心也是伤害

　　要通过实干关爱流浪动物，还需从减少流浪动物数量、加强高校监管，规范流浪动物管理三个方面着手。

　　近日，西安体育学院举办了一场“在校不养宠”主题影展，吸引了很多在校学生关注。过去几年间，从北大“学术校猫”到清华“猫馆长”，高校之中的流浪猫狗频频亮相，次第“走红”。然而，在现实生活中，它们的境遇却不像人们想象得那么好。高校中的流浪猫狗们常常遭到捕杀、虐杀。而更大的威胁则来自自然，由于天气寒冷等非人为因素，许多流浪猫狗被冻死、冻伤，或是死于疾病与残疾。

　　要解决高校流浪动物的生存问题，仅有爱心是不够的。要通过实干关爱流浪动物，还需从减少流浪动物数量、加强高校监管、规范流浪动物管理三个方面着手。

　　减少流浪动物数量，是解决流浪动物生存问题的治本之策。禁止在校生饲养宠物，听起来不近人情，实际上却是对动物更负责的规定。大学生是流动的，毕业后，他们的宠物何去何从，必然会成为问题。禁止在校生养宠物，可以从源头上控制流浪动物数量。及时为流浪动物绝育也是必要措施。

　　加强监管，则能有效避免虐待动物等恶性事件的发生。虐待动物事件之所以在校园中屡屡发生，归根结底还是因为高校监管力度不足。这个问题同时存在于两个方面：一方面，是学校有关部门管理方式粗放，很多虐杀事件都是保安所为；另一方面，则是学校对整个校园环境的监管不足，多设置摄像头、加强巡逻等措施，或能避免虐猫、虐狗这类恶性事件的发生，而对学生进行伦理和动物保护方面的教育也是校方能做的事。

　　规范流浪动物管理，则是改善流浪动物生存现状的直接办法。由高校成立专门的关爱流浪动物组织，统一时间给流浪动物喂食，能有效避免学生分散喂食造成的校园环境污染问题，也能避免过度喂食的问题；及时将不宜养在校园里的流浪动物送到当地动物保护机构，则能使它们有更好的归宿。规范的管理，能够解决一系列流浪动物可能带来的问题，也能提高流浪动物的生存质量。

　　诚然，很多在校生自己饲养宠物或者是喂养流浪动物，都是出于一种对动物的爱。有爱心当然不是坏事，但如果方式方法不当，爱也可能成为一种伤害。解决高校流浪动物问题，应该找到正确的方式方法，而不应让爱因盲目造成伤害。
