文化部查处恶搞《黄河大合唱》等红色经典及英雄人物视频

记者从文化部获悉,针对近期有关媒体曝光的恶搞《黄河大合唱》等红色经典及英雄人物视频的问题,文化部高度重视,立即部署查处工作,排查清理有关恶搞视频,要求互联网文化单位自觉抵制恶搞红色经典及英雄人物的互联网文化产品,传播社会主义先进文化。

1月28日监测到网络舆情后,文化部立即研究部署查处工作,排查清理下线恶搞视频,并召集优酷土豆、腾讯、爱奇艺、百度、新浪、搜狐、秒拍等17家主要互联网文化单位,召开监管通气会,明确排查范围,要求各网站举一反三,全面清理同类恶搞视频和音乐。截止1月30日,各主要互联网文化单位共清理下线涉及经典革命歌曲的恶搞视频3898条、恶搞音乐165首。

文化部文化市场司有关负责人表示,文化部将进一步加强互联网文化市场监管,紧盯恶搞红色经典及英雄人物、格调低俗的互联网文化产品,加强网络巡查,一旦发现,立即责令下线;严查价值导向偏差、含有法律法规禁止内容的互联网文化产品,情节严重的,依法从重查处并列入文化市场黑名单。进一步加强对互联网文化单位的引导规范,要求其严肃对待经典革命题材文化作品,尊重历史、敬重经典、礼赞英雄,自觉抵制和清除不良内容,提供积极健康、向上向善的互联网文化产品。
