主城新添一个公园，市民又有好耍处。记者从江北嘴中央商务区投资集团有限公司获悉，江北塔山公园景观工程日前已完工，免费向市民开放；而当年老重庆的标志性景观建筑百年文峰古塔，也将在修缮后重现光彩。

上望文峰塔下瞰长江水

塔山公园位于江北嘴北滨二路与寸滩街道交汇处的塔子山，面积196340平方米，景观设计面积约22000平方米，有南、北、西三个入口。

公园山地特色明显，抬头可仰望标志性景观文峰塔，身后就是滨水长江，自然景观与人文景观相得益彰。目前，园内的儿童乐园、疏林草地、赏花坡、临江晓月、江峰天台等景点已基本完工。

“三塔不见面”的古老传说

重庆有句老话：三塔不见面，见面就完蛋。这里说的三塔，除了塔子山的文峰塔，还有江对岸南岸黄桷垭文峰塔，以及下浩觉林寺报恩塔。古时，还有个“三塔不见面”的传说。

相传清朝年间，溉澜溪河段出了条孽龙，它盘踞在朝天门沙嘴一带兴风作浪，令船只无法通行。这时，一个云游四海的道士前来降龙。为牢牢镇住这条孽龙，当地人在道士的指点下修了上面提到的三座塔，分别镇压龙头、龙身、龙尾，塔子山下所镇的就是龙头。为防止孽龙复活，这三座宝塔各处一方，永远看不见对方。所以，如今无论你登上哪一座塔，都看不见另两座塔的身影。

见塔便知到了重庆

文峰塔又名“白塔”，始建于唐代，现存的塔重建于清光绪十四年（公元1888年），塔身为砖石结构，七级楼阁式。塔高26.64米，顶为六角攒尖顶，塔身六边形，各层有一窗，塔内原有木梯直上塔顶可纵览江景，现塔门已封闭了。

塔砖上有“文峰塔”“戊子岁”字样，塔门额上有“題名勝跡”，门内券顶刻有“大清光绪十四年戊子岁孟夏吉旦”“三里士民恭建”等字。从二层开始均为特制塔砖砌成，每匹砖烧制有“文峰塔”字样。在最高的七层塔顶匾额上刻有“能默厚德”四字。

文峰塔石壁上的《重修文峰塔记》碑文，记载了这座塔的修建沿革及原因。据记载，塔子山文峰塔是在数百年前的废塔基上重建的。以前的《江北厅志》《江北县志稿》均将其列为渝州一景，称其为“文笔摩霄”。

旧时行船时，当走水的船帮们望见长江北岸塔子山上那个高耸挺拔的文峰塔，心中便豁然开朗——重庆城到了。文峰塔也就此成为船帮们的航程标志。

百年古塔将进行修缮保护

1986年，江北区人民政府公布文峰塔为区级重点文物保护单位。1992年，文峰塔被确定为重庆市文物保护单位。

江北区文管所相关负责人介绍，塔身内空，原有木梯可直上塔顶，纵览两江汇流的壮观景色。由于年久失修，以及自然、人为破坏等原因，文峰塔外墙墙体破损严重，塔内楼梯楼板也荡然无存。

随着公园景观工程的完工，文峰塔的修缮保护工程也将启动。该负责人表示，修缮将以“不改变文物原状”为原则，尽可能利用原有材料、保存原有构件、使用原有工艺进行修缮保护，并对塔内的木楼梯进行修缮复原。
