交大实小被授予“全国啦啦操实验学校”称号[图]

    2017年12月24日，在深圳举行的全国啦啦操冠军赛的比赛期间，上海交通大学附属实验小学被国家体育总局体操运动管理中心授予“全国啦啦操实验学校”称号。 

    交大实小自2004年开创成立之初，就确立以“健康”为首要育人目标的办学思想，依托上海市少儿体操基地的建设，将体操项目作为体教结合发展的重点实施载体，以体操项目为基础，在专注体操个性特长教育养成的前提之下，衍生、催化快乐体操、健美操、啦啦操等特色发展项目，将体操力与美的身体形态，迁移至啦啦操的律动视听身体表达，依此融合、升华学校体育工作品质，实现健康育人的全景体育教育。 

    自2010年学校健美操、啦啦操队首次参加上海市阳光体育大联赛获特等奖以来，先后获得市、区比赛的所有最高奖项，成 为上海市健美操、啦啦操队伍中一支特色鲜明的强劲力量。近两年随着区域内啦啦操项目的迅速推广与发展，学校在区域内面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。为此，学校建立了特色教育发展规划引领下的特色项目专项推进行动团队，组建艺体教育专项实践项目组，在艺体教师、教练的通力协作下，逐渐建立起完整的梯队，实现了特色项目的分层发展，确保项目发展优势的持久生命力。在艺体教育融合之下，实现体育与美育的协同发展。 

    作为上海市唯一一家被国家体育总局体操运动管理中心先后授予“全国快乐体操试点学校”、“全国啦啦操实验学校”称号的基层教育单位，不仅肩负着体育项目试点改革、发展的重要使命，更重要的是承载着活力校园、律动校园的教育融合研究实践价值。这些研究与实践也将为实现孩子的体育发展，充盈教育活力，提供一份健康的发展动力。
