复旦大学让思政元素有效融入每门课：讲得鲜活 贴得舒心

如何让重独立、讲个性的“95后”“00后”青年在大学阶段获得更好的价值引领、人格教育，提升政治素质，如何切实推动习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进教材、进课堂、进头脑？

3门高校思想政治理论示范课程、2门“中国系列”课程、13门综合素养课程、28门已融入“思政元素”的专业课程……变“思政课程”为“课程思政”，打造多层次互补、有机融合的思政教育体系，在复旦大学，思政教育面貌已是“日新月异”；2018年将实现所有学科课程思政的“全覆盖”。

新鲜解渴，十九大精神进课堂

党的十九大闭幕一个月之后的某日下午，记者来到复旦大学3108阶梯教室，偌大的教室座无虚席，连教室后面、过道上和窗外走廊都挤满了人。学生们抢着来听的，是由马克思主义学院牵头、面向全校本科生开设的新课：“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想”系列专题课程。第一课的主讲人，是学校国际关系与公共事务学院教授桑玉成和马克思主义研究院院长、哲学学院教授吴晓明。

“生态文明与美丽中国”“新时代我国社会的主要矛盾”“‘一带一路’与国际合作”“当代青年的战略使命”……吴晓明教授之后，陆续登台讲课的，也都是学校相关学科领域的知名学者。专业理论厚实，案例鲜活生动，足以引领学生们深入系统地对于十九大文件予以有效的学习和领会。自然科学实验班2017级本科生朱天寅直呼“解渴”——“以前对马克思主义的了解基本停留在课本里。跟着老师，我对新时代中国特色社会主义有了更加深入的认识。”

开设系列选修课，既聚智又贴心

“习主席和毛主席的‘主席’是不是同样的主席职位？”

十九大开幕当天下午，青年教师宋道雷在《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》课一开始，就抛出这个问题，牵引大家的知识兴趣，随后通过讲解，让学生们逐层了解中国共产党是一个怎么运行的政党、十九大是一个什么样的会议，再切入“十九大”的具体内容。

《思想道德修养与法律基础》课上，刚被学校推荐为“全国最美思政教师”的陈果总会在课堂上抛出各种“扎心”话题，带动学生们一起讨论。她的课被学生们概括为“精神财富的分享”，能让人感到温暖。在内容建设方面，由多位教师合力开出的该课“慕课”版上线后，已有来自全国182所院校的18万人选修。

在市场化、网络化时代背景下，面对学生群体特征的日新月异变化，思政课程的改革创新也开始“日新月异”。在宋道雷、陈果等人看来，当今大学生对宏大叙事不感兴趣，更关注身边具有鲜活生命力的人与事。要将他们从手机、网络的世界里拉回来，思政课从内容到形式都必须针对年轻一代的特质因材施教。

复旦大学为思政课增加了2学分的实践环节，从已连办9届的“马克思主义理论活动周”、连办3届的“治国理政全国大学生交流论坛”到已有50多位市长与学生对话的“复旦大学中国市长论坛”，都是思政课教学的有机组成部分。

除了四门必修课外，复旦大学还开出了一系列拓展型思政课程，从《社会主义核心价值观精讲》《治国理政的理论与实践》到《当代世界经济与政治》《政治文明与国家发展》等，从经济建设、政治建设、社会建设等各角度各层面深入贯彻习近平总书记的系列讲话精神。

从“思政课程”到“课程思政”，形成圈层效应

“中国共产党如何在摸索与实践中一步步带领人民开拓新的道路？听了老师用经济学理论生动的诠释，我真切地感受到了党和人民为中华民族不断前进所作的不懈探索。作为在新时代成长的青年，我要为新时代中国特色社会主义建设贡献自己的一点力量！”

这是2016级电气工程及自动化专业本科生张瑞祥听了由经济学院教授石磊讲授的公选课《经济与社会》后写下的一段感想。选修前作为工科学生的他曾有些忐忑，但只上了第一堂课，就觉得收获良多。

《经济与社会》是复旦大学不久前在校内开门讲授、邀请专家和老师们研讨交流的首批7门“课程思政”试点课之一。课程宗旨是让各种专业背景的学生都学会用经济学方法客观地认识中国、认识中国特色社会主义道路的来龙去脉，将正确的价值引领与专业知识有机融合。

与之同时开放的公开课，还有《中国社会政治分析》《法律与社会》《环境与人类》等，每一门都是受到学生热烈欢迎的“秒抢”课。在校内上公开课作示范并加以研讨交流，目标就是在全校综合素养课程、专业课程中有效融入“思政元素”。据悉，2018年，复旦将在首批试点基础上，全面推进针对全校各专业全覆盖的“三十百”示范工程，即建设3个课程思政示范专业、20门课程思政示范在线课程、100门“课程思政”示范专业课程。

“高校所有课程都要有育人功能，所有教师都负有育人职责。”复旦大学党委书记焦扬说，复旦已将抓好课堂育人纳入学校“双一流”建设总体方案，加强顶层设计、创新培养机制，深化教育教学改革，形成“思政课程”到“课程思政”的圈层效应，将社会主义核心价值观教育贯穿到课堂教学的各个方位、各个层面。
