陈幸同、王曼昱通过选拔赛入围

中国乒协5日公布2018年国际赛事参赛运动员选拔方法后，中国乒乓球女队于6日确定了今年伦敦团体世界杯的参赛阵容，最终陈幸同、王曼昱从为期两天的“7选2”选拔赛中杀出重围，获得了宝贵的参赛资格。而陈梦和木子、武杨、孙颖莎、冯亚兰落选。至此，2018年世界杯女团阵容正式出炉，参赛运动员为：丁宁、刘诗雯、朱雨玲、陈幸同、王曼昱。

参加本次选拔赛的陈梦目前排名世界第一，但她还是没能入选到世界杯团体赛的5个席位之中，足见人才济济的中国女乒队内竞争的激烈程度。女乒教练李隼在赛后表示，新的选拔方式刚开始试行，希望此次落选的运动员能尽快调整状态，投入正在进行的乒超联赛中，争取好的表现，赢得更多的积分，未来一年仍有很多机会参加国际赛事的选拔赛。
