2016年全球大学毕业生就业竞争力排行榜出炉

英国《泰晤士报高等教育》16日发布2016年全球大学毕业生就业竞争力排行榜，美国加州理工学院取代哈佛大学名列榜首。中国14所高校跻身该排行榜150强。

榜单上，中国高校中，香港科技大学排名全球第13、亚洲第二；北京大学排名全球第17、亚洲第四；复旦大学排名全球第37位。此外，跻身全球 150强的中国高校还包括上海交通大学、清华大学、台湾科技大学、香港大学、香港中文大学、浙江大学、南京大学、台湾大学、中国科技大学、香港城市大学和台湾清华大学。

据报道，Emerging公司对全球20多个国家企业的2500名人力资源经理及3500名管理人员进行在线调查，向他们咨询在招聘毕业生时最看重什么技能。

每家公司都拥有5000名或更多员工，并且每年招聘超过50名毕业大学生。根据调查，良好的沟通能力和适应能力等是大企业招聘大学毕业生员工的关键。

根据2016年“全球大学就业榜”，排名前10名的大学是：加州理工学院、麻省理工学院、哈佛大学、剑桥大学、斯坦福大学、耶鲁大学、牛津大学、慕尼黑工业大学、普林斯顿大学、东京大学。

根据报告，企业认为大学生的个人经历、专业能力、外语能力、课外活动等是重要因素。而企业认为的“就业能力”(employability)则是工作能力与态度、准备入职能力、找到工作的能力等。

同时，在“哪个国家的毕业生最适合雇佣”时，企业倾向于美国、德国、英国、加拿大、中国、法国、澳洲、印度等。

《泰晤士高等教育》世界大学排行编辑巴蒂(Phil Baty)称，这一榜单能让学生了解哪些大学符合全球企业的需要，“在这个全球政治动荡的年代，年轻学生经历了英国脱欧和特朗普(Donald Trump)当选美国总统。很多学生都在寻找大企业看重的大学。这一榜单能够让他们了解到自己所需要上的大学。”
