Return to reason by continuing studying abroad

Ji Siyuan (left two) also encountered language communication problems when he arrived in the United States at the beginning of 9 years of age. After adjusting his attitude, he gradually adapted to the study of studying abroad.

At the International Consulting Association held by Eic education, many young students and parents consulted with their parents on the related problems of studying abroad.

In 2017, the number of foreign students in our country remained the first in the world, and the trend of studying abroad continued to continue.

Throughout the 2017 year of the report, it is not difficult to see that the word "low age" is becoming more and more frequent. To study abroad is to study in the following stages of middle school and middle school. In recent years, some pupils have joined the ranks of students. At the same time, the increase in the number of students in the lower age also has new characteristics: the age is lower, the number of optional countries is increasing, and the application is more difficult. These new features make many parents think: whether to study abroad dilinghua study as early as possible, what influences will be brought to the family and children?

The young students in the competition

In 2017, the total number of students in our country continued to increase, and the number of students studying in the low age continued to increase.  When choosing a foreign country, the parents of the younger students have more choices. In addition to the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia and other traditional countries, Germany, Italy, Singapore and other countries are also becoming more and more popular. Parents of young students choose to study abroad when they choose to study abroad. Besides considering safety issues, they will also take into consideration the educational level, cultural atmosphere and other factors. Wu Xiaoyu (a pseudonym) went to Italy to study in junior middle school, and talked about the reasons for choosing Italy. She thought Italy's culture atmosphere is better, so it is suitable for the future direction of art.

At the same time, the number of countries to study abroad is increasing, and the competition is becoming more and more intense. According to the "study on the development of China" (2017), the number of foreign students in China is higher in the world's major overseas students. In order to balance the number of enrolment, many public secondary schools in Australia and other countries have raised the admission standards and increased the interview and so on, making the competition more intense.

From the geographical distribution of young families in 2017, families in many provincial capitals and two or three tier cities increased gradually. The number of young students in Hangzhou, Nanjing and Xiamen increased rapidly. In addition to economic factors, the increase in international schools and the International Department of schools in these places is also an important factor. International schools provide students with international courses to facilitate the direct entry of young students into foreign schools. Of course, the family of studying abroad in the first line of cities, such as North and Guangzhou, still occupies the dominant position.

Multiple factors

In 2017, we found that there are many factors affecting the study abroad.  According to Eic released the day before the 2017 education group "China students younger students high school" - white paper shows that most families choose to let their children go abroad in high school is not only to get the experience of foreign education, but also can make it avoid the entrance pressure brought about by the college entrance examination. Related study experts say that the smaller the age is, the easier it is to achieve cross-cultural adaptation. Therefore, many parents choose to send their children abroad to study in early and high school or even primary school. Susan (a pseudonym), who was studying in a high school on the east coast of the United States, talked about the reasons for her study. She said, "because parents recommended their schools to their parents, their parents talked with me about it, and they thought that if they changed their environment, it would be better to go out as early as possible."

The increase of family wealth is also an important reason for the continuing trend of study abroad in 2017. Most of the parents of low age students have received good education, with higher income and more new ideas. They want children to receive international education, so they choose to send their children to study abroad as soon as possible. Ji Siyuan once studied in primary school in Orlando, USA. He was only 9 years old when he was studying abroad. His mother, Ms. Li, said, "I hope that children can have greater development in language, and they can see more of the world and expand their horizons."

The sound service of studying abroad is also an important factor in the continuing trend of studying abroad. In 2017, the service after studying abroad has accelerated, and many agencies have a service department that specializes in low age students. These departments will provide services such as consultation, application and life help after school. The accuracy of service has reduced parents' concerns to some extent, prompting them to make decisions for sending children to study abroad at a low age.

Return to reason by studying abroad

At the same time, at the same time, the influence of studying abroad on students and family causes thinking.

In 2017, our report focused on the adaptability of low age students. Students with low age are not mature enough in mind, and their values are not fully formed. In addition, language barriers and cultural differences often make it difficult for small overseas students to cope. At the age of 13, Susan, who went to the United States to read junior high school, said that, in the face of the lack of adaptation, he should go out of the "comfort zone" and actively deal with it. "To find a suitable way of studying abroad according to the environment. The pressure of foreign primary and secondary school promotion is also great, not only to see the results, but also to see the extracurricular activities and other aspects, it is a test of the students' time management ability. "

In addition to economic problems, the foreign students' families have to face the problem of how to deal with the relationship between parents and children. At the low level of students studying abroad, the distance between time and space makes parents more worried. At this time, the communication and communication between parents and students is particularly important.  Chen Yan (a pseudonym) went to Britain to study in grade six. She was depressed at the beginning of her trip to foreign countries because of language communication problems. By communicating with her parents, she felt her parents' encouragement, learned to adjust their mindset and gradually adapted to the life of studying abroad.

It is expected that in 2018, the low age study will continue. Behind the age of studying abroad is the expectation and pay of a family. To study whether the problem as early as possible,
