《华龙网书画艺术联谊会作品集》 征稿启事

2016年11月6日，是华龙网书画艺术联谊会成立4周年纪念日。华龙网集团也将于2016年10月左右搬迁至重庆市互联网产业园华龙大厦新址办公，届时“华龙文化艺术馆”也将隆重开馆。值此三喜临门之际，华龙网书画艺术联谊会拟于2016年10月底出版会员作品集——《华龙网书画艺术联谊会作品集》。

    《华龙网书画艺术联谊会作品集》是华龙网书画艺术联谊会首次公开出版发行的画册，计划每位会员1个页码，总数量控制在120页以内，除了会员收藏以外，还将作为藏书长期在即将开馆的“华龙文化艺术馆”内进行展示和宣传推广。

    为使画册顺利编辑出版，特周知如下——

    （一）征集对象：作品征集范围仅限定在华龙网书画艺术联谊会成员内（含联谊会顾问、名誉会长、会长、常务副会长、常务理事、理事、会员等联谊会组织成员）；

    （二）征集原则：本次征集采取自愿参与原则，凡联谊会人员均有资格参加，逾期不按规定提交作品、个人简介、个人1等资料者，视为自动放弃；

    （三）征集数量：联谊会各成员根据自身实际情况决定作品征集类别；参与作品征集的作者原则上每人提交3-4幅书画作品（电子版），同时附上作者简介及肖像；

    （四）征集时间：2016年7月底以前将推介刊登作品(作品现6尺以内)的电子版及个人简介、1等资料发送至邮箱artcqnews@sina.com；

    （五）征集质量：为确保画册质量，组委会在收到每位作者提交的资料后进行初步审核，根据作品的质量和1的像素最终确定刊登的数量，凡符合刊登条件的，请于8月16日以前邮寄或到华龙网文化艺术中心提交捐赠作品（书法两幅，画作至少一幅，尺幅4尺斗方或以上），以用于画册编辑及印刷费用等开销；

    （六）文集发放：“华龙文化艺术馆”开馆（具体日期待定）当天举办的活动仪式上，作者凭提交作品的收据免费领取画册3本，超出规定数量的每本需支付成本费30元；

    （七）其他事宜：原先已交作品的各位会员，本次可以自行补交或替换作品，不清楚事宜可直接与华龙网文化艺术中心许女士联系，联系电话63066844。
