日本“出国税”将从2019年开始实施 限定使用范围

人民网东京12月26日电 据日本时事通讯社报道，日本政府于12月22日召开了观光立国推进阁僚会议，会议围绕2019年1月将导入的“国际观光旅客税”（又称：出国税）的用途进行讨论，会议确定了税金的用途，将会把用途限定在对文化与自然观光资源的整备等三个领域。

新税金的核心内容为日本公民、外国游客在出境时需缴纳1000日元（约人民币60元）的税金。据2018年度预算案显示，该项税费1年可以达到60亿日元。
