第十八批博士服务团成员赴西部服务锻炼

　近日，中央组织部、共青团中央在京举办第十八批博士服务团行前培训会。来自中央和国家机关、企事业单位的405名博士参加培训。

　　会议指出，博士服务团成员要把学习贯彻党的十九大精神，作为到西部服务锻炼的第一堂党课和政治必修课。要加强党性锻炼，把对党忠诚、为党分忧、为党尽职、为民造福作为根本政治担当；要对标岗位要求，深入调查研究，发挥专业优势，以强烈的责任感使命感主动服务、奋发有为。

　　今年博士服务团选派工作，突出对人选的思想政治把关和专业水平要求，加大对边远贫困地区、边疆民族地区和革命老区人才支持力度，规模为历年之最。选派工作中，持续加大对金融、农业、交通建设等经济发展急需紧缺人才选派力度，鼓励引导人才到艰苦边远地区和基层一线服务锻炼，优先保障艰苦地区人才需求，选派到西藏、新疆、青海三地的人数占总人数近40%。

　　培训会还安排了专题讲座，教育部代表选派单位、云南省代表接收单位作了经验交流，博士服务团成员代表交流了服务锻炼工作体会。

This year, the doctoral service group has selected the work to highlight the requirements for ideological and political examination and professional level of the candidates, and increase the support for talents in remote and poverty-stricken areas, border areas, ethnic minority areas and old revolutionary base areas. Selected work, continue to increase the intensity of selected finance, agriculture, transportation construction and economic development of the much-needed talents, encourage talents to hard in remote areas and grassroots frontline service training, give priority to the protection of talent demand in difficult areas, the number of Tibet, Xinjiang, sent to Qinghai and three of the total number of nearly 40%.

The seminar also arranged special lectures. The representatives from the Ministry of education and the representatives from Yunnan province made experience exchange. The members of the doctoral service group communicated the experience of service training.
