陈健康，耕耘斋主，老丑笔，男，壮族，1949年生，广西隆林人，国礼艺术家，中国书法家协会会员。中国楹联学会书法艺术委员会委员、(香港)中国书法家协会名誉主席、北京林都书画研究院常务理事，北京大学书画艺术研究院客座教授，北京华夏诗联书画院研究员、特级书法师。中国实力派最具升值潜力人物。获国家各有关艺术单位授予各类荣誉称号及殊荣。在国内外各项书赛中频获金、银、铜奖。多次获“中外友好艺术交流使者”称号。

2012年书法作品在美国纽约，法国卢浮宫展出并获金奖。2018年携书法作品作为国礼在文化部，外交部举办的“一带一路艺术展”，“中欧国际艺术展”中向外国政要赠送，2019年在“金熊奖”；2021年3月在中央电视举行的第四届国际中国公益事业大典“我和我的祖国”活动中获“2020年度国际中国公益事业德艺双馨艺术名家”奖。2021年7月在中央电视台举行全国“第二十一届世纪大彩凤年度盛典”中作为形象大使出席，并获“当代书画十大风云人物”荣誉称号。2021年“博鳌中国传统文化高峰论坛”授予博鳌中国当代书画十大风云人物“光荣称号”。
