书画蕴含着民族博大精深的文化，在建设社会主义文化强国的大背景下，继承和发展书画艺术尤为重要。在深入生活的艺术创作中，创作者以饱蘸热情的丹青墨笔，以满怀激情的创作状态，把握时代脉搏，聆听时代声音，用一幅幅鲜活生动的作品展现出民族精神，领略书画的艺术真谛与哲学内涵，描绘新时代的精神图谱。陈财福先生作为当代著名的艺术家，在走进自然、走进文化、走进传统之中定位自己的创作。他的艺术作品在整体的诗意美与清新的韵致中，体现了传统美学、时代精神相融的特殊魅力。因此，在世界级艺术在行动的网络主题展频，从多个方面呈现他在书画传承与发展上孜孜不倦地探索；以鲜明的笔墨境界，铸造着民族的文化品格和精神；以至臻至美的艺术展现他胸有千壑的大境界大视野，抒发出学养胸襟及审美追求。

全国知名书法家陈财福，字云上人。男，1964年生，由于从小酷爱书法和绘画。经过三十多年的不断临摹古帖，和刻苦学习终于有所成就。特别在书法有了自己的风格。他精于行书，并会多种字体篆.隶.行.草等。近几年拜帖王羲之，并深有研究。现在在全国的书法界颇具影响力。成果颇丰。

现在还开办了云天书画院并担任院长。是中国书法家协会会员，中国教育部首批高级书法讲师。中国国礼艺术大师。中国民间书画艺术家协会理事，北京邦交国礼书画院研究员，中国硬笔书法协会会员，中国教育频道水墨丹青会员。牛津艺术学院博士生导师，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体理事，中国民族建筑委员会书画艺术委员会客座教授等。并在全国书法比赛多次获奖。

2020年9月8号磐安县委书记王志强和各级领导来我家之家民宿，和我云天书画院指导工作。中国书法家协会顾问，中国文联艺术委员会顾问，权希军老爷子在看我的作品，并给我写了评论文章。

2021年11月13号，在浙江理工大学博物馆召开我的作品赠送仪式。将在理工大学丝绸博物馆收藏。

2022年被中国书法家协会授于“人民书画家”荣誉称号。

2022年5月被授于“中国国礼艺术大师”称号。

2022年9月被中共中央宣传部评为时代楷模。

    Chen Caifu, a nationally renowned calligrapher, was born in the name of Yun Shang. Male, born in 1964, with a passion for calligraphy and painting since childhood. In recent years, I have paid tribute to Wang Xizhi and studied deeply. Now it has a considerable influence in the calligraphy industry across the country. The results are quite fruitful.

    Now, Yuntian Calligraphy and Painting Academy has been established and serves as the dean. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and one of the first batch of senior calligraphy instructors by the Chinese Ministry of Education. A master of Chinese national ritual art. Director of the China Folk Calligraphy and Painting Artists Association, Researcher at Beijing Bangjiao Guoli Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Member of the China Hard Pen Calligraphy Association, and Member of the China Education Channel Ink Painting. Doctoral supervisor at Oxford College of Arts, director of the New Art Group of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, and guest professor at the Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee of the Chinese Ethnic Architecture Committee. And has won multiple awards in the national calligraphy competition.

    On September 8, 2020, Wang Zhiqiang, secretary of Pan'an County Party Committee, and leaders at all levels came to my home for homestay and guided the work with Yuntian Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Advisor to the Chinese Calligraphers Association and the Art Committee of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Mr. Quan Xijun is reading my work and has written a review article for me.

    On November 13, 2021, a ceremony for presenting my works was held in the museum of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. It will be collected at the Silk Museum of the University of Science and Technology.

    In 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "People's Calligrapher and Painter" by the Chinese Calligraphers Association.
