    孟培生，男，1937年生，云南省陆良县人，中专文化，退休干部。1956-1976年在部队工作，1977- 1996年在国企工作，1996 年退休后专心研习书法至今。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国艺术品收藏协会会员，三希堂国际书画研究会终身会员，中企报盟信息科学研究院《艺术资本》会员，中国国家书画院副主席，中华书画学会副主席，中国民族建筑研究院书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席，颜真卿书画研究院名誉院长。

    书法作品多以自作诗联为载体，多次入选国内外大型书法展，赛，获等级奖多项，入编优秀典籍多部。获奖作品被有关部、院、馆收藏。曾被有关单位授予中国当代文人书法家，感动中国·书坛名家之德艺双馨艺术家，中国艺术飞天奖杰出贡献人物，新中国书法最高荣誉奖，共和国诗书画功勋人物，感动中国杰出文化传承人，中国最具收藏价值书画家;世界和平艺术大师:书画界新领军人物等称号。2013年被评为《文化人物》载入飞天奖特刊封面人物；2014 年接受央视电教中心《名家讲座》主持人采访；2015 年应邀参加当代最具贡献书画家献礼《大阅兵》出版个人专集； 2016 年应邀参加新闻人物献礼全国两会多家媒体报道，获书画界新闻人物金色扁牌；2018年，由北京华艺书画院出版青花瓷个人精品专集，被华夏翰墨文化传媒评为《艺术之星》，2018 中国书画年度人物；同年被邀参加新文艺群体中国国家书画名家作品展，翰墨传奇全国书画名家作品展；企业文化交流网纪念改革开放40周年作品展均爱好评；被重点推荐在环球艺术与英国画家达芬奇同时被中外书画名家世纪收藏；在中国文化出版社出版的聚焦2018中国梦，2019迎春书画精品特刊上与范迪安，欧阳中石，沈鹏、韩美琳同时入编《收藏指南》。

2019年，庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年与欧阳中石、韩美琳、孙其峰本人被中国集邮总公司特邀出版伟大历程，中华复兴大型文献珍藏邮册。2019 年同年参加中国网络资讯台，艺术频道，国内顶级书画大师全球巡展被评为特等奖。

参加华夏翰墨艺术网《时代颂歌》献礼建国70周年书画作品联展，并载入全国书画人才资料数据库。

本人创作理念是贴近时代，贴近生活，把对党对祖国对人民爱的情感写入作品之中，在求新、求真、求精上下功夫，让欣赏者受到中国传统文化的教育，增长知识、得到启迪，获得美的享受。

2020年2月为武汉加油，万众一心，抗击疫情！

2020年11月与范迪安、苏士澍、沈鹏、扬晓阳、徐宝、何家英共同出版翰墨大爱，艺术抗疫丝绸珍藏册，作为礼品赠送给武汉红十字会1000册。

2020年7月，参加闽南红年华书画馆举办的“情系关帝·魅力五洲”2020大型书画作品展，获好评被授予名誉副馆长。

2020年12月，和北京和艺秋文化传播有限公司签约为黄金会员。

    Meng Peisheng, male, born in Luliang County, Yunnan Province in 1937, is a retired cadre with technical secondary school education. He worked in the army from 1956 to 1976, in state-owned enterprises from 1977 to 1996, and has been studying calligraphy since he retired in 1996. He is now a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, the Chinese Art Collection Association, a lifelong member of the Sanxitang International Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the "Art Capital" of the Chinese Enterprise Newspaper Union Information Science Research Institute, a vice chairman of the Chinese National Calligraphy and Painting Academy, a vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Society, a vice chairman of the Council of the Calligraphy and Painting Professional Committee of the Chinese Academy of National Architecture, and an honorary president of Yan Zhenqing Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute.

    Most of the calligraphy works are based on self-written poetry couplets, which have been selected in large-scale calligraphy exhibitions and competitions at home and abroad for many times, won many grade awards, and included in many excellent classics. The award-winning works are collected by relevant departments, institutes and museums. He has been awarded the title of Chinese contemporary literati calligrapher, the artist who has touched China's famous calligraphers, the outstanding contributor of the Flying Sky Award of Chinese Art, the highest honor award of Chinese calligraphy, the meritorious figure of the Republic's poetry, calligraphy and painting, the outstanding cultural inheritor of China, and the most valuable calligrapher and painter of China; Master of the art of world peace: new leader in the painting and calligraphy industry. In 2019, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Ouyang Zhongshi, Han Meilin and Sun Qifeng were invited by the China Philatelic Corporation to publish the great course of the rejuvenation of China, a large document collection album. In the same year of 2019, he participated in the global tour of China's top calligraphers and painters in China's Internet Information Channel, Art Channel and was awarded the special prize.

Participated in the joint exhibition of calligraphy and painting works dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China by the "Song of the Times" of Huaxia calligraphy art network, and was recorded in the national calligraphy and painting talent data database.

My creative idea is to be close to the times, close to life, write the feelings of love for the Party, the motherland and the people into my works, and work hard on seeking novelty, truth and refinement, so that the audience can be educated by Chinese traditional culture, increase knowledge, get enlightenment, and enjoy beauty.

In November 2020, together with Fan Dian, Su Shishu, Shen Peng, Yang Xiaoyang, Xu Bao and He Jiaying, he published a collection of calligraphy, art and anti-epidemic silk, and gave 1000 copies to the Wuhan Red Cross as gifts.

In July 2020, he participated in the 2020 large-scale calligraphy and painting exhibition "Love Guandi · Charming Five Continents" held by Minnan Hongnianhua Calligraphy and Painting Museum, and was awarded honorary deputy curator.
