杨志谦,1952年生于美丽的中国江苏省南通市，1979年随父亲定居上海,自幼喜爱绘画和武术。这里的人们勒劳勇敢，勒奋好学能吃苦耐劳,民风淳朴,知书达礼而又爱文喜武，我从小耳濡目染我有幸在上海工作四十余年，与上海人结下了深厚的友谊，上海人十分聪明好学，热情大方,有海纳百川，助人为乐的好传统，我有好多良师益友,弟兄姊妹是上海人，使我终生难忘。绘画曾得邵介信,吉谷，伏文彦等多位名师指导。1983年成为基督教徒。2005年至2012年作品《雲山飞瀑图》及《雲飘千里图》，《风平浪静图》，《青松飞雲图》,《白雲清泉图》等荣获金奖。2014年由国学学会著并由国礼出版社出版的《国家形象大使》与王永玉,靳尚谊等10位老师共同入选，肖像入选封面。2014年由中国文史出版社出版的《中华盛世醒言》中撰写的格言荣获金奖。2016年由中国文献出版社出版的《中国名片》艺术大师,中国近现代100位艺术大师,作品《风平浪静图》入选封底。武术也曾得上海著名武术家芮洪秀，葛金钟钱兆洪,严敬仁,步锦华等多位老师的指导,并在第十一届武术国际博览会上与爱徒邱振源双双荣获金牌。2021年3月31日由国际华人艺术交流协会,达芬奇国际评委会评为《达芬奇国际艺术奖》金奖,并授予:影响世界十大金牌艺术家和世界和平文化功勋人物荣誉称号。2021年9月1日被联合国教科文组织，联合国和平艺术金鸽奖评委会授予“联合国和平艺术金鸽奖”“联合国和平特使”荣誉称号。2021年9月6日被中英艺术家交流协会授予为“莎士比亚世界文学奖金奖”，“世界文化典基人”荣誉称号，并特聘为莎土比亚文学博物馆终身名誉馆长。自2017至今,已有20多幅作品被法国,德国.比利时等国入选主题邮票。2019年由中国现代文艺学会，翰墨华夏北京书画院著，中国新闻出版的中国书法,楷书宗书八大家，与柳公权，刘小晴等共同入选。2021与孙晓雲，王羲之先生等共同入选行书八大家。2022今被国家诗词书画最高学术奖评委会授予“国家特级诗书画家”荣誉称号。现为中国互联网联盟副主编，兼艺术总监北京大学艺术研究院聘为客座教授。

Yang Zhiqian was born in the beautiful city of Nantong, Jiangsu Province, China in 1952. He settled in Shanghai with his father in 1979. He loved painting and martial arts since childhood. The people here are brave and hardworking. They are eager to learn. They are hardworking. They are simple and honest. They are knowledgeable and courteous, and love literature and martial arts. I learned from them when I was young. I have the honor to work in Shanghai for more than 40 years, and have formed a deep friendship with the people of Shanghai. The people of Shanghai are very smart and eager to learn, warm and generous. They have a good tradition of embracing all rivers and helping others. I have many good teachers and helpful friends. My brothers and sisters are Shanghainese, which I will never forget. Painting has been guided by many famous teachers such as Shao Jiexin, Jigu and Fu Wenyan. He became a Christian in 1983. From 2005 to 2012, his works such as "Cloud Mountain and Waterfall", "Clouds Floating for a Thousand Miles", "Wind and Waves Quiet", "Pine Flying Clouds" and "White Cloud and Clear Spring" won the gold medal. In 2014, the National Image Ambassador, written by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and published by the National Rites Press, was selected with 10 teachers including Wang Yongyu and Jin Shangyi, and the portrait was selected as the cover. In 2014, the aphorism written in "Awakening to the Prosperity of China" published by the China Literature and History Publishing House won the gold medal. In 2016, the artist of "China's Business Card" published by China Literature Publishing House, and the work of "The Picture of Peace and Tranquility" was selected as the back cover. Wushu has also been guided by many famous martial artists in Shanghai, such as Rui Hongxiu, Ge Jinzhong, Qian Zhaohong, Yan Jingren, Bu Jinhua, and won the gold medal in the 11th International Wushu Expo with Qiu Zhenyuan. On March 31, 2021, the International Chinese Art Exchange Association and the Da Vinci International Jury were awarded the gold medal of the Da Vinci International Art Award, and awarded the honorary title of the world's top ten gold medal artists and the world's culture of peace meritorious figure. On September 1, 2021, he was awarded the honorary title of "United Nations Golden Pigeon Award for the Art of Peace" and "United Nations Special Envoy for Peace" by UNESCO and the United Nations Golden Pigeon Award for the Art of Peace. On September 6, 2021, he was awarded the "Gold Award of Shakespeare's World Literature Award" and the honorary title of "World Cultural Codex" by the China-British Artists Exchange Association, and was specially appointed as the lifelong honorary curator of the Shakespeare Literature Museum. Since 2017, more than 20 works have been selected as theme stamps by France, Germany, Belgium and other countries. In 2019, the eight masters of Chinese calligraphy and regular script, written by the Chinese Academy of Modern Literature and Art and the Chinese Academy of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting, published by the Chinese press, were selected together with Liu Gongquan and Liu Xiaoqing. In 2021, together with Sun Xiaoyun and Mr. Wang Xizhi, they were selected as the eight leading calligraphers. In 2022, he was awarded the honorary title of "National Super Poetic Calligrapher" by the jury of the highest academic award of national poetry, calligraphy and painting. Now he is the deputy editor of the China Internet Alliance and the art director of the Peking University Academy of Arts.
