谭邦兰出生在一个医学世家，因从小在爷爷与父亲的谆谆教导下，耳濡目染，打下了深厚的中医学基础，她自重庆医科大学毕业临床应用技术毕业后，曾在重庆第三军医大学新桥医院进修医学美容，北京大学中小企业管理高级研修班学习企业管理。从事医疗工作11年，医学美容工作27年。
Born in a medical family, Tan banglan has laid a solid foundation of traditional Chinese medicine because she was deeply influenced by her grandfather and father when she was young. After graduating from Chongqing Medical University, she studied medical beauty in Xinqiao Hospital of the Third Military Medical University of Chongqing, and studied enterprise management in the advanced class of small and medium-sized enterprise management in Peking University. He has been engaged in medical work for 11 years and medical cosmetology for 27 years.
作为妇科大夫的她接触到了更多的女性朋友，而无一例外的是，大量女性朋友常受各类乳腺疾病的困扰。而各类乳房疾病呈上升趋势，面对严峻的乳腺疾病现状，她做出了改变自己一生的决定：“我要让中国所有的女性都健康美丽，减少乳房疾病的痛苦”，于是，她从事了女性乳房医疗的相关工作，一干就是27年，她是一个为信念而执着的女人，而且一直不曾放弃。
