侯存富，曾用名侯存福，字墨缘。1958年1月26日出生于河南林州市。四个月后，党的八大二次会议召开，会上通过了第二个五年计划；全国各条战线迅速掀起了“大跃进”的高潮；会议还决定在农村普遍建立人民公社。虽然国民经济的实际状况不像浮夸风所说的那样美好，但人民的生活已有很大改观。

Hou cunfu, formerly known as Hou cunfu, has the character Mo yuan. Born in Linzhou, Henan Province on January 26, 1958. 侯存富的老家河南林州是人工天河——红旗渠的故乡，红旗渠精神的发祥地。“自力更生、艰苦创业、团结协作、无私奉献”的精神内涵，鼓励着无数中华儿女。这条蜿蜒盘旋在太行山悬崖峭壁上，全长1500公里的“人工天河”，于侯存富出生后的第二年（1960年）动工，由勤劳勇敢的30万林州人民，苦战10个春秋，仅仅靠着一锤，一铲，两只手，打造出如今的国家AAAAA级旅游景区  ，全国重点文物保护单位，被誉为“世界第八大奇迹”。
